Reiki is an ancient practice that provides healing, and balance of the body's chakras and energy pathways, using safe and pain-free techniques.

Theresa Lyn uses a healing touch, activating the body's natural healing process. During a Reiki session, the client is reclined comfortably on the massage table, fully dressed, and then covered with a blanket.
She may use sound, essential oils, or crystals during your session. Following your session she will share with you any images, messages and other information collected during the session.
Each session is unique and spiritually guided. Following a session you will feel very relaxed and free from stress.
